As with most items of mechanical equipment, stairlifts will require regular servicing to ensure that they maintain their high level of reliability. Even with regular servicing faults can occur. If you are having any issues with your lift please contact us and we can arrange for one of our engineers to call and give you a quote to carry out the repair. Even if you didn't buy your stairlift from us and you need help, give us a call. We are happy to help.
Alternatively, for added peace of mind, we can provide a quotation for a service level agreement to provide breakdown cover and annual servicing of your stairlift, even if it has been purchased elsewhere.
